Will PHP exist in 2020?
I have to read it twice, it’s like
will Life exist in 2020? Well, No one can tell you this.
But yes, you
can look at the exisiting things as many websites, softwares are built using
PHP only. It will totally depend upon the enhancements being made in the
future.
As there are
many other languages like Java, Python which is taking an edge over PHP nowadays,
but we can never say that PHP is less.
As many people
and organisations still work on PHP because they find this language as a proper
fit for their projects.
Even C++ was
developed back in 80s, but still it’s one of the strongest languages. So, one
can never answer this question. If you are having interest in PHP and want to
learn its basics, then go with it without a second thought.
Remember,
Language is a secondary thing, primary are your Logics.
